Sales Compensation Consulting

We offer consulting services in two different ways. The first is traditional hourly consulting. You pay us our hourly rate and we work with you, your executive team, your sales managers, whomever you want us to work with to help you develop a truly effective sales compensation plan.

The second way we offer consulting services is through our 80/20 Sales Leader membership website. At present there are two levels of membership available: Silver and Gold.

• A Silver membership entitles you to attend two monthly Open Q&A (question and answer) calls and a monthly Guest Expert call. All three calls are hosted by our president, Alan Rigg.
  
  
• A Gold membership entitles you to attend the monthly Open Q&A calls and the monthly Guest Expert call, plus call in for short, personal consultations (10 to 20 minutes each) with our president, Alan Rigg, during two scheduled call-in days each month.

Regardless of whether you are a business owner, executive or sales manager, an 80/20 Sales Leader membership will provide you with regularly scheduled access to a noted sales, sales compensation and sales management expert at a very attractive price!

Our Consulting Philosophy

Sometimes the needs of our clients require us to do consulting work. However, we are rather "reluctant consultants" because we are NOT trying to build a consulting business. As a result, we look to accomplish knowledge transfer as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This is why we offer our Sales Compensation Product, Option #2 (which includes one hour of consulting) for less than we typically charge for one hour of consulting by itself. We would much rather focus our time together on discussing the meaty issues that will drive the success of your sales compensation plan than ask you basic questions that you are perfectly capable of answering on your own.
